Our Packaging Testing Lab is equipped with many of the products needed for flexible film testing, including brands such as RDM, MOCON, TMI, Messmer Buchel and Adam. Sub-contracting your testing provides flexibility, and a cost effective solution for your specific project or for on-going quality control.
Packing instructions.
Films – should be sent FLAT between 2 sheets of paper NOT creased or folded. Free from dust and particles that may damage the film surface. Ideally in a plastic A4 sleeve for protection.
A4 or A5 sheets (2x full size samples = A5), mask samples are (3cm x 3cm) ideally a minimum of 5cm x 5cm should be provided.
Orientation Clearly mark (Permanent marker) the film with identification and which side to Oxygen (OTR) and/or moisture (WVTR).
Bottles and packages – Should be sent in a box to avoid damage of the package to be tested.
