The Oxipack Stationary Leak Tester XS is the patented solution for testing products with rigid shapes such as closed coffee capsules, trays, cups, and pods. The SLT XS accurately detects even the smallest micro leaks with high precision and in a non-destructive manner. The shape of its rigid plate is custom designed to meet the exact shape and the number of packs/capsules to be tested each time (1 – 16 capsules). The test is dry, clean, and fast thanks to the fixed settings of the SLT XS. The stored operator-independent results can be exported easily. Custom dummy capsules can be used to determine which capsule is leak. The SLT XS measures according to the non-destructive detection of leaks in packages by vacuum decay method (ASTM F2338).
